Perfect location, stunning views, welcoming hosts, clean and tidy accommodation. Easy access and parking. Hot shower. Close to a beautiful swimming lake and Pen Y Fan mountain. Good 4G signal. They even welcomed our Labrador.

The Railway Carriage in Abergavenny was a cozy, quirky haven for my solo adventure. The room was decked out with a super comfy bed and it felt like a tranquil escape from the bustling world outside. I loved the unique decor and the beautiful view from the window. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge after a busy day of exploring.
Although the Railway Carriage was a delightful experience overall, I personally would have preferred a bathroom with a bath instead of just a shower. But hey, that's just my preference and I'm sure others would still appreciate the convenience of a refreshing shower.

The location was stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. It was really easy to get to and there was ample parking available. the hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. the accommodation itself was clean and tidy, with a hot shower that was perfect after a long day of exploring. We also loved the fact that the working farm had horses in the field, adding to the charm of the place. Plus, being only a short drive away from a beautiful wild swimming lake and the famous Pen Y Fan mountain, we were spoiled for choice when it came to outdoor activities.
While we had a great stay overall, there were a few minor suggestions for improvement. It would have been helpful to have some additional cleaning materials available, such as soap for the bathroom sink and cleaning spray.

The cabin could benefit from some additional cleaning materials and hooks for coats.
